With Best for Your Friend products, you can now save for unique gifts. On the meals, snacks, and kibble for dogs and cats, you’ll find rewards points. Cut out these points and stick them on the rewards card.

How does it work?

You’ll find the points on the packaging most of our products – kibble, snacks, and meals. More and more products will get these points. The number of points varies per product. You can redeem your card as soon as you have saved 480 points.

Points will be added to your account within 2 weeks after receipt of your rewards card.

Redeeming rewards points

The rewards points can be exchanged for a discount code. You can use this code in the rewards section of our webshop to purchase an item. Each product is associated with a unique discount code. Make sure you decide which product you wish to order before you redeem your points.

You can redeem your points by logging on to your account and clicking “View points” on the right. Be sure to select the correct code. Downloaded codes cannot be changed.

Conditions

• Submitted rewards card must have at least 480 points, but it doesn’t have to be completely full.
• We only accept reward cards submitted through the post.

• Discount codes cannot be changed.
• Each code is valid only once.
• Conditions may change at any given moment.
• You can only use one discount code per order. It is not possible to purchase multiple products in one single order.
