Delivery & Returns
Currently, we are delivering to the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.
All orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
This delivery term can vary depending on the chosen payment method, availability in our warehouse, type of product or public holidays.

We do everything we can to deliver quality products and we find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you still do not like a product, you can return the product within 14 days.
Upon receipt of the products, we will refund the purchase amount, provided that the products have already been returned in good order unless otherwise agreed. The product must also be returned to us in its original state and packaging, with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If you return your entire order, we will also reimburse the shipping costs.
The costs for the return are always borne by the customer. We would like to hear from you why the product is being returned. This allows us to optimize our products.
Products may only be returned within a period of 14 days and after you have contacted us via email@example.com. Use our form (click here) to report your return to us.

The following products cannot be returned:
- Products that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for being returned and whose seal has been broken after delivery, such as, but not limited to, pet food and snacks;
- Products that can spoil or age within the specified cooling-off period;
- Personalized or customized products.
